The HIBC UDI-Builder is intended to assist our labelers in creating valid HIBC data strings to confirm against the data generated by commercial labeling software. This change does not affect the ability to generate HIBC data strings or any of the other functions provided in the HIBC UDI-Builder. The free “Generate Barcode” function, previously provided by TalTech (), which we linked to our utility for the convenience of our labelers, is no longer supported by TalTech.
